Support Coordinator 1. Scope of Works • Provide quality customer service by processing and answering calls and email related to support • Handling and updating CRM Ticketing system • Maintain calendar and schedule of services request for Preventive Maintenance/ Onsite Support activity • Coordinate and compile Time Sheet for ESS Engineers • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports • Report and escalate support issues to management as needed • Provide timely support to internal and external customers. • Point of contact for warranty and support • Develop, coordinate review of, and publish minutes and actions from technical meetings • Manage incoming request email, distribute to appropriate representative and outgoing mail • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all project team • ISO point of contact in Enterprise Support Services Department • Special projects, as assigned. • Reporting to ESS Director

RM 3000

Min 2 years experience with Support Services Good to have Project Management knowledge/experience Degree in IT or Computer Science Good communication skill
